Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before the session begins. Booking requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. All bookings are confirmed via email or text once payment is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance can be rescheduled once at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of your session will forfeit the deposit and may be charged a 20% rescheduling fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations result in a full session charge and no refunds. In case of weather or uncontrollable events, we will work with you to reschedule at no penalty. Rescheduling You may reschedule once for free with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a $25 fee, subject to availability. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Sessions delayed by more than 15 minutes may have reduced shooting time. If late beyond 30 minutes with no notice, your session may be cancelled without refund. Waitlist Policy If a date is fully booked, you may join the waitlist for possible openings. Waitlist clients will be contacted on a first-come, first-served basis if availability opens. Location Notes We offer on-location sessions and partner with local studios. Studio rental fees (if needed) are not included unless specified. A travel fee of $0.50/mile applies outside a 20-mile radius from the GTA location. After booking, we’ll confirm a location based on your preference, lighting, and availability. Delivery & Edits Edited photos and videos are delivered within 5–14 business days. Rush delivery (2–4 days) available for an additional $49.99-99.99. Additional edited photos: $1.99/photo Raw files available on request.
