Welcome to LENT, which operates through several sub-brands: LENT Photo, LENT Cine, LENT Gospel, LENT Studio, LENT Write, and LENT Room. By accessing or using any of our services, websites, booking systems, or digital platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Covered
These Terms cover all services provided under the LENT brand, including but not limited to:
- Photography (LENT Photo)
- Videography and Cinematic Services (LENT Cine)
- Faith-Based Content (LENT Gospel)
- Studio Rental (LENT Studio)
- Written/Editorial Content (LENT Write)
- Overnight/Short-term Room Rentals (LENT Room)
2. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit 30% to 50% (depending on the service) is required to secure a booking.
Full payment is due before the final delivery of any media or before access to physical space (studio/room) is granted.
All payments must be made via approved methods (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, credit/debit card). Cash may be accepted for in-person bookings only.
Late Payments: A late fee of 10% of the total balance will apply for payments made more than 7 calendar days after the original due date.
Continued non-payment beyond 14 days may result in:

Legal or collection proceedings where applicable
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Client cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot or rental will result in no refund.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness, technical failure).
4. Delivery Timelines
Photo delivery: Within 7–10 business days.
Video delivery: Within15–25 business days.
Editorial work: Within 10–20 business days.
Delays due to revisions or external issues will be communicated promptly.
5. Client Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate ongoing work without refund in the following cases:
- Verbal abuse or harassment
- Unsafe behavior during shoots or rentals
- Repeated violation of agreed terms
- Misuse of studio or rental space
- Offensive or discriminatory behavior toward staff or collaborators
6. Media Use Consent Clause
By engaging with our services, you grant LENT the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use photos, videos, and audio content produced for you in:
- Our portfolio
- Social media platforms
- Marketing materials
- Online publications and competitions
If you prefer to opt-out, you must notify us in writing before the service begins.
7. Client Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Addendum
For private, sensitive, or embargoed projects (e.g., unreleased films, product launches, or confidential testimonies):
- We agree not to share any project content, documents, or media publicly without your explicit written consent.
- This agreement is valid from the date of project initiation and continues for 2 years.
Clients may request a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if preferred.
8. Studio and Room Rental Terms
Applies to LENT Studio and LENT Room:
- Renter is responsible for the condition of the space and any equipment used.
- Damage to property or gear may result in additional charges.
- Studio/room access is strictly limited to the agreed time slot. Overtime charges may apply.
- No illegal activities, smoking, or disruptive noise allowed.
- You must notify us of any equipment failures, injuries, or concerns immediately.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- We retain ownership and copyright over all original content we create.
- You are granted a limited-use license to use the content for personal, promotional, or commercial purposes based on your service package.
- For full commercial rights, an extended license fee applies.
10. Liability Disclaimer
LENT and its team are not liable for:
- Injuries sustained during a shoot or rental unless proven negligent
- Loss or corruption of data due to hardware or software failures
- Delays caused by acts of God, internet outages, or third-party services
- Emotional or spiritual reactions to Gospel-related content (LENT Gospel)
11. Gospel Content Sensitivity (LENT Gospel)
We aim to share Christian content in a respectful and authentic way. However:
- You may decline to appear in or be tagged in any Gospel-related posts.
- Participation in any Gospel-centered video or testimonial is voluntary.
- We will always obtain your informed consent before publishing anything involving personal testimonies or spiritual stories.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Mediation or arbitration before legal proceedings
- If unresolved, legal jurisdiction will fall to the courts of Ontario, Canada
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on our website and/or sent via email. Continued use of our services after updates implies agreement.
