Refund Policy

At LENT, we are committed to delivering excellent service and creative quality. However, due to the nature of our work and limited availability, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Booking Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
    Deposits secure your date and time, and cover pre-production planning, scheduling, and opportunity cost of turning down other clients.

2. Cancellations

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation:

    • If a client cancels more than 14 days before the service date, no further payment is required, but the deposit will be retained.

    • If a client cancels within 14 days of the scheduled service, 50% of the total amount (including the deposit) is non-refundable.

    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable in full.

  • LENT-Initiated Cancellation:

    • If we are unable to fulfill a service due to unforeseen emergencies or uncontrollable events, clients will receive a full refund, including the deposit, or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may request to reschedule up to 7 days before the scheduled date.

  • Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a rescheduling fee (typically 15–20% of the service total), depending on availability and notice.

4. Refunds After Service

  • Once services are delivered (photos, videos, editorial pieces, or studio access), no refunds will be issued unless:

    • A critical technical issue caused complete service failure (e.g., all footage was lost and no backup was possible).

    • The delivered work violates the agreed contract or briefing, and the issue was clearly communicated and documented prior to delivery.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
